The residential wing sleeps 16 guests across 7 en-suite bedrooms. Six are full suites with their own sitting area and smart TV; one is a large double bedroom. All suites have private entrances from the outdoors. All have private bathrooms and orthopedic mattresses with premium hotel linens. Six suites have queen-size beds (180x200cm) convertible to twin beds; one room has two single beds.

Each suite is unique, incredibly spacious (between 35-52sqm, or 20sqm for the double bedroom) and has private entrances: some open directly onto private terraces — ideal for morning coffee or a glass of local wine at dusk, some open to the pool, and the upstairs double bedroom looks out over the pool. Every window frames a deliberate view: the dramatic silhouette of Montgó, the lush private forest, or the pool shimmering in the courtyard. Privacy and connection, in equal measure.

The rental includes the residential wing of the finca: all 7 en-suite bedrooms, the fully equipped indoor kitchen and communal dining & living area, laundry room, courtyard, pool (10m × 5m), outdoor BBQ on the pool deck, tennis court, terrace, south garden with bamboo, fruit & pine trees, and private parking. The property is self-catering (no staff or chef are included in the base rate).

The estate is located at Calle Serra D'en Canes 7, Jávea/Xabía 03730. The historical center of Jávea is just 3 minutes away by car. Jávea sits almost exactly midway between Alicante and Valencia airports (approximately 60 minutes from each). Both are well-served by international flights year-round, making it one of the most accessible locations on the Costa Blanca for guests arriving from across Europe.

The finca is surrounded by ancient native Mediterranean pine trees, which provide natural shade even during the hottest summer days. The vast garden is threaded with terraces, fruit trees and quiet corners. Squirrels pass through the branches, birdsong fills the mornings, and evenings close with pink sunsets by the hills of Montgó Natural Park. At night, the skies are clear enough for genuine stargazing. With a 360° panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, all can be enjoyed exquisitely.

Ideally so. All groups can benefit from the finca's amenities, along with spacious bedrooms that allow for flexible bed configurations for the whole team: whether it is a queen bed, or 2-3 single beds within each suite. As per location, Jávea sits at the foot of Montgó National Park with exceptional road and mountain cycling on the doorstep. The finca has secure covered storage for bikes, lots of areas for bike work, private gated parking. For yoga or mindfulness retreats, the quiet terraces offer a peaceful environment for meditation and wellness activities.

Very much. Children will enjoy the vast garden. Children should of course be supervised when near the swimming pool. There is also a baby chair and baby bath available.

Yes. You don't have to leave your best friend behind. While we do not charge extra, please inform us if you are bringing animals, and ensure that dogs are not digging in the gardens.

The beaches of Jávea are just an 8-minute drive away, such as La Grava (Puerto) and the Arenal beaches, where sailing, snorkelling, diving and kayaking can be enjoyed in the water. Montgó Natural Park is right next door and is ideal for hiking, cycling and wildlife. Local markets, restaurants and the historic old town are all a 3-minute drive away. For gastronomy, the local markets and traditional restaurants are excellent.

The pool is 10m × 5m, set within the central courtyard of the U-shaped house, giving a feel for privacy. It is surrounded by the residential rooms, has a shaded daybed area and an outdoor BBQ on the deck — designed for a seamless indoor-outdoor feel.

The entire estate is closed with gates for full privacy. This makes it especially popular for cycling teams, corporate groups, and families who want the property to themselves. A camera system is installed only on entry points of the property (e.g., the main gate), for exceptional security.
